Eden Place offers reasonable and flexible Assisted Living Level Of Care Package options including but not limited to the following:

 

  • All areas of personal care including toileting, transferring, bathing and dressing
  • Escort to dining facilities, activities and various locations within the building
  • Medication administration
  • Transport to medical appointments
  • Facilitation between Dr.’s, hospitals, physiotherapists, pharmacies and CCAC services
  • Restorative Nursing

     

  • A consultation with the director of care, the resident and family will determine the best Level of Care Package for you.




Respite Care Services


Respite Care Promotion  Now $80 Per Day (Certain Restrictions Apply)

 

 

We offer respite care from $110 per day to $150 per day depending on the extent of nursing care required.  The respite care services available are:

 

  •   All areas of personal care including toileting, transferring, bathing and dressing
  •   Escort to dining facilities, activities and various locations within the building
  •   Medication administration
  •   Facilitation between Dr.’s, hospitals, physiotherapists, pharmacies and CCAC services


 All respite care plans included the following:


  • Three meals and two snacks per day
  • Activation program which includes activities and entertainment
  •   Use of all building amenities
  •   Private suite with three piece bath
  •   24 hr emergency response
  •   Laundry as needed
  •   Housekeeping as needed
  •   Night checks
  •   Call bell pendant
